Iaso Health Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

Iaso Health publishes educational content because informed patients make better decisions. This page explains what that content is, what it isn't, and what to expect.

About the content

Everything published on this website and across Iaso Health social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and any other platforms where Iaso Health has a presence) is intended for general education and information. It reflects the clinical perspective of Claire Wicks-Tucker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC and the kinds of questions worth asking in primary care. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for treatment.

Content that resonates with you is not the same as clinical guidance designed for your specific situation. Your history, your current health status, your medications, and your circumstances all matter. A post about thyroid health is not a substitute for an evaluation of your thyroid.

No provider-patient relationship

Reading this website, following Iaso Health on social media, engaging with content, submitting a contact form, attending a free consultation call, or sending a direct message does not establish a provider-patient relationship with Claire Wicks-Tucker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, Iaso Health, or Iaso Health Group LLC.

A formal relationship with Iaso Health begins, and only begins, with a completed membership agreement and intake process. Until that is in place, Claire Wicks-Tucker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is not your provider.

No obligation to respond

Iaso Health and Claire Wicks-Tucker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC have no obligation to respond to comments, direct messages, contact form submissions, or other communications received through social media or this website. Sending a message does not initiate or imply a care relationship.

Current Iaso Health members with clinical questions should use the secure communication channel established through their membership.

In an emergency

This website is not an emergency resource.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this website or social media to seek urgent or emergency care.

Accuracy and currency of information

Iaso Health makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all published content is accurate, current, and consistent with evidence-based clinical practice at the time of publication. Medical knowledge evolves, and some content may not reflect the most recent clinical guidelines at any given moment. Iaso Health assumes no responsibility for outcomes resulting from use of the information shared here.

If something published on this site seems inconsistent with guidance from your own provider, defer to your provider. They know your history. Iaso Health doesn't. Not yet.

Third-party links

This website may link to external resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. Iaso Health does not control the content of third-party sites and does not endorse them by linking to them.

Social media platforms

Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices that are outside Iaso Health's control. Please don't share personal health details, symptoms, medications, or identifying information in public comments or direct messages on social media. Current members should use their designated secure channel.
