Content reflects the perspective of the credentialed professional who created it. Unless another author is named, that is Claire Wicks-Tucker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC ("Claire").

About the content

Everything published on this website and across Iaso Health social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and any other platform where Iaso Health has a presence) is intended for general education and information. It reflects Claire's clinical perspective and the kinds of questions worth asking in primary care. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for treatment.

Content that resonates with you is not the same as clinical guidance designed for your specific situation. Your history, your current health status, your medications, and your circumstances all matter. A post about thyroid health is not a substitute for an evaluation of your thyroid.

Where care is available

Claire is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse in Rhode Island. Iaso Health provides clinical care only to members who are physically located in Rhode Island at the time of each visit, including virtual visits. Anyone can read what we publish. Clinical care is a different thing, and it has boundaries.

No provider-patient relationship

Reading this website, following Iaso Health on social media, engaging with content, submitting a contact form, attending a free consultation call, or sending a direct message does not establish a provider-patient relationship with Claire, Iaso Health, or Iaso Health Group LLC.

A free consultation call is a conversation about whether Iaso Health is the right fit for you. It is not a clinical visit. During that call, Claire will not review records, evaluate symptoms, or make recommendations about your care.

A formal relationship with Iaso Health begins, and only begins, with a completed membership agreement and intake process. Until that is in place, Claire is not your provider.

No obligation to respond

Iaso Health and Claire have no obligation to respond to comments, direct messages, contact form submissions, or other communications received through social media or this website. Messages are not monitored in real time. Sending a message does not initiate or imply a care relationship. Iaso Health may remove comments at its discretion.
