DPC Membership
Primary care, without the usual constraints.
Built for a more thoughtful approach to care.
DPC Membership Introduction
Direct Primary Care means your provider has time to know you deeply, to think carefully about complex health patterns, and to stay with you over time instead of boxing care into 15-minute slots. Instead of paying per visit, you pay a monthly membership fee that covers your primary care foundation. Care is not billed to insurance.
Care is not rushed. Communication is direct. The relationship evolves.
Who This Works Well For
Iaso Health is designed for people who have complex health needs, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, genetic risk factors, treatment resistant conditions, and want a provider who has time to think deeply. You're an active partner in your health, you value direct access between visits, and you prefer a relationship that deepens over time.
When This Model May Not Be the Best Fit
This model may not be the right fit if you are looking for quick, transactional care, prefer fully insurance-driven visits, or want a more hands-off approach.
Membership Pricing
Founding Membership is $175 per month, with the enrollment fee waived and your rate locked for the life of your membership. A limited number of founding memberships are available.
Iaso Health membership is not health insurance and is not a substitute for health insurance. Members are responsible for maintaining their own coverage for hospitalization, emergency care, specialist services, and other care outside the scope of membership.
Iaso Health membership fees can be paid using HSA funds. Because IRS rules link a Direct Primary Care fee above $150 per month to a member's ongoing HSA contribution eligibility, members should confirm with their tax advisor how enrollment may affect their HSA. Iaso Health can provide invoices and documentation to support HSA reimbursement.

What to Expect
Care is designed to be accessible, consistent, and personalized. Appointments are longer. Communication is direct. Care is built around your needs and goals. This is a collaborative, ongoing model. You have time and access, and you stay engaged in your health. That's what allows care to remain focused and effective.
