Specialty Programs

Some health goals go beyond what a primary care visit is built to hold. Iaso Health offers two Clinical Specialty Programs, the Hormone Longevity Program and the Metabolic Longevity Program, for people who want sustained, focused attention on a specific area of health rather than a single prescription or a once-a-year conversation. Each program is built around a comprehensive initial evaluation, an individualized lab-guided approach, and ongoing monitoring as your treatment is refined over time. These programs are available to current Iaso Health DPC members and as standalone care for those who are not.

Hormone Longevity

Hormonal change deserves more than a rushed conversation. The Hormone Longevity program is a dedicated program for members navigating perimenopause, menopause, low testosterone, or other hormonal shifts, built around a thorough initial evaluation and a treatment plan shaped to your specific symptoms, history, and goals.

This program includes:

  • A comprehensive initial evaluation and health history

  • An individualized, lab-guided approach to hormone assessment

  • A treatment plan built around your symptoms and goals, including hormonal and non-hormonal options

  • Ongoing monitoring visits, with adjustments made as your treatment is optimized

  • Shared decision-making at every step

Metabolic Longevity

Sustainable metabolic health takes more than a prescription. The Metabolic Longevity program is a dedicated program for members addressing weight, blood sugar regulation, or broader metabolic concerns, combining a thorough evaluation with a full range of treatment approaches, from lifestyle-based strategies through medication therapy when appropriate.

This program includes:

  • A comprehensive metabolic evaluation and health history

  • An individualized, lab-guided assessment

  • A treatment plan drawn from the full range of available approaches

  • Ongoing monitoring and follow-up visits as your treatment is adjusted

  • Medication management support for members using GLP-1 or GIP therapy

Program Details

Both programs are available to current Iaso Health DPC members and to non-members.

  • DPC members: $100 one-time intake fee, $165 per month

  • Non-members: $175 one-time intake fee, $225 per month

Members enrolling in a DPC Membership together with a program at initial onboarding have the program intake fee waived.

All intake forms and any laboratory testing ordered as part of your initial evaluation must be completed before your first appointment. This ensures your visit is focused on reviewing your results and building a plan together, rather than on initial data collection.

Labs and medications are billed separately and are not included in the program fee.

Getting Started

Both programs begin with a comprehensive intake evaluation. Scheduling a consultation to learn more does not enroll you in a program or begin billing. Request a consultation to learn more about the Hormone Longevity Program or Metabolic Longevity Program.
